As well as running a conventional long term rental property management business in town, I am now running casual stay holiday homes where I live in Waimarama. I have an increasing number of holiday home owner clients at Waimarama. Their properties vary in size, location and standard and are available for casual renting on a per night tariff. Most of these properties are not advertised on the web or via local classifieds so please make use of me in finding the right one for your particular needs and budget. While renting any of these properties, I act as your local first point of contact by arranging bookings, taking deposits and tariff monies, resolving any problems that may arise with a property and giving local advice and information. I can supply information and photographs by post or email for respective properties at the time of enquiry to assist you in selecting the right property. Waimarama is becoming a more popular holiday destination every year and holiday home availability can become a problem especially in the summer holiday season. It is highly recommend that property bookings are made well ahead of time for this particular period of the year. That said, the traditional "off peak" times of the year can also be a very attractive time to stay at Waimarama. Mid year shore fishing or a walk along the deserted beach at low tide on a cool but clear day are excellent ways to relax from normal work life pressures.
